The causes below may be causing credits earned via the EngageMe.TV site, or on the EngageMe.TV app, to not transfer over to your account with your chosen Linked Partner. Please review the causes listed below first to see if fixing them can rectify your credit transfer issue. Incorrect ID/Username on Rewards Platform Account: There could be a possible error with the ID/username that you manually added when signing up on EngageMe.TV. Please check to make sure you are signed up on the publisher platform that you are linking to EngageMe.TV, and that the user ID/username you had manually entered is correct per that publisher platform.
Publisher Platform Temporarily Withholding Credit: The publisher platform where you have a registered account may be temporarily withholding credit for new users, or on activity that may appear similar to non-compliant activity. If you believe this to be the case, we recommend you wait a few days, as the publisher will normally release the credit after some time.
Other Causes: There could be some other issues with the linked account, such as publisher technical errors, which may be delaying the credit transfer. Most often, these errors are fixed shortly, thus we recommend checking your account in a day or so to see if the credits have transferred over.
