For a limited time, there is a daily video view cap per user on the EngageMe.TV iOS app and the EngageMe.TV Android app. This cap is in place due to the unique promotion that is taking place with the launch of the EngageMe.TV app, which allows users to earn points through video views alone (whereas ad views are also required to earn credits on the EngageMe.TV desktop website).
How to Tell if the Daily Cap Has Been Reached:
If the daily video view cap has been reached, you will see this notice:
“Error, Thank You for using the EngageMe.TV mobile app! This offer is temporarily expired, but will be active again tomorrow. We hope to see you then.”
If the daily video view cap has been reached, it will reset again at 12:00 AM CST. You then will be able to watch videos on either version of the EngageMe.TV app again.
How to Continue Earning if the Cap Has Been Reached:
If you reach the daily video view cap, you can continue earning credits by switching over to the EngageMe.TV desktop website (note you will also have to watch ads to earn). There are no caps on the EngageMe.TV desktop website.
Keep Your App Updated: Not having the latest version of the EngageMe.TV app installed may cause you to reach the cap quicker. Therefore, we recommend that you always have the latest version installed.
