We're actively phasing out the daily video viewing cap (which limits the amount of videos that a user can watch daily) on the EngageMe.TV iOS app and the EngageMe.TV Android app. However, if you're still seeing a cap, there are a few things you can try:
Why Am I Still Seeing a Cap?
If you haven't updated to the latest version of the EngageMe.TV Android app, or are using the EngageMe.TV iOS app, you may have your viewing activity limited due to the cap.
How to Tell if the Daily Cap Has Been Reached:
If you've reached the daily video viewing cap, you will see one of the following notices:
“Error, Thank You for using the EngageMe.TV mobile app! This offer is temporarily expired, but will be active again tomorrow. We hope to see you then.”
"Viewing Cap Reached: You've reached the daily video viewing limit for today. Please come back tomorrow to start earning again with EngageMe.TV."
How to Remove the Cap (Android):
If you're using the EngageMe.TV Android app, simply updating to the latest version of the app will remove the cap.
How to Continue Earning if the Cap Has Been Reached (iOS):
If you've reached the daily video viewing cap while using the EngageMe.TV iOS app, you can continue earning credits by switching over to the EngageMe.TV desktop website (note you will also have to watch ads to earn). There are no caps on the EngageMe.TV desktop website.
If you've reached the daily video viewing cap, please note that it will reset again at 12:00 AM CST. You then will be able to watch videos on either version of the EngageMe.TV app again.
