If you are accessing EngageMe.TV through a website or app (and not through the official EngageMe.TV website or EngageMe.TV app), and are having issues receiving credits from the site or app for videos and ads watched, there are a few courses of action that you can take:
Make Sure You Met the Offer Requirements: The requirements to earn credits via EngageMe.TV can vary amongst apps and websites. Thus, we strongly recommend that you check the terms of the EngageMe.TV offer first, before looking into collecting unearned credits. Most sites/apps list credit requirements either in the description of the offer, or have the requirements appear in a separate window once you click on the offer.

Additionally, you can see how many ads are required to earn credits by checking out the Watching section above the video player on the site/app that you are using to access EngageMe.TV. This section let’s you know how close you are to earning points. So, if you see “Watching: 2 of 3” at the top of your screen, you know that you have watched two out of the required three ads to earn points.

Wait at Least 24 Hours: Though rare, crediting can be delayed. In those infrequent occurrences, most credits should appear within 24 hours. Thus, before following up about missing credits, we recommend waiting around a full day to see if your credits have shown up.

These areas typically contain information that you can use to claim missing credits and are a great first step to resolving your crediting issues.
Contact the Site/App Directly: Often, one of the easiest ways to resolving crediting issues is to contact the site or app directly using the resources listed in the section above.
Complete a Support Ticket via Offer Wall: Most apps and websites that integrate EngageMe.TV allow users to complete EngageMe.TV offers via Adscend Media’s Offer Wall. This Offer Wall contains a support area, where you can easily follow up on EngageMe.TV offers that you have completed, yet didn’t receive credit for. Simply click on the Support link on the Offer Wall, click on the History tab to find the offer that you didn’t receive credit for, and then click on the Missing Points? button. You then can submit a support ticket and the Adscend team will get back to you within 24 hours.
