If you are experiencing video or ad playback errors, such as freezing, stopping, or failure to load, please let us know! We’d be happy to look into the issue.
To report a video or playback error, please click on the Submit a Request link on the top right corner on the page, and provide the following information:
- The name of the rewards site/app that you were using when you experienced the error
- Your User ID on that site/app
- A description of the error (e.g. ad froze during playback)
- The name of the specific ad or video that experienced the error (e.g. Colgate toothpaste commercial or Baywatch movie review)
- The channel that you were watching when you experienced the error (e.g. Gaming)
We will then respond to your ticket shortly.
