At EngageMe.TV, protecting the integrity of our platform is our top priority. Thus, we work daily to ensure that our users and advertising partners always have a quality experience. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to ban a user from the EngageMe.TV platform to maintain that quality experience. There are numerous reasons for a user being banned, however, most often bans occur due to suspected fraudulent activity and other non-compliant viewing behavior.
Please keep in mind that we have a zero tolerance policy for any scripts, such as auto-skipping. If you are found using any of these scripts, you will be permanently banned immediately.
If you are not using a script and have been banned, please ensure that you are not using a proxy server or Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Appealing Your Account Ban
If you believe that your account was banned incorrectly (and your account is not permanently banned), we are more than happy to look into the reason why your account may have been banned. To appeal your ban, please use the Submit a Request link (located on the top right corner of this page).
